"The coach was an hour late picking us up and said they had us confused with another booking despite me phoning the previous day to confirm the details - finally arrived after several phone calls and we did get there and back OK. The coach was quite old but clean and the driver was helpful and apologetic. It's a shame their office weren't more efficient and their phone number was also incorrect."
"We are very sorry as we have explain it to you the booking was mixed up with the other customers that were going to the same place but they have cancelled it the day before however we have sent the driver straight away after your phone call ,we are glad you didn't miss the show and we did not charge you for 45 minutes waiting time .thanks,"
