Before making contact with us, please read the following FAQ below which may answer your query?

I can’t login to my account and I’m not getting a link sent when clicking ‘Forgot Password’.

This is normally because you haven’t created an account and you are viewing as a guest. You can create an account by Clicking Here, this will then log you in to your dashboard where you can view all quotes/bookings you have made under the email address supplied. Please make sure you use the same email address that you requested the quote with.

How do I get quotes, can i just call you for a price over the phone?

Coach Hire Comparison is an online service, providing a simple platform to assist you in finding prices from different companies without the hassle of ringing round. We can’t give prices over the phone, you will need to enter your details through the CHC platform Starting Here and wait for our partners to email you with their prices directly. Coach Hire Comparison do not own and run vehicles or get involved with the pricing of trips, this is down to the individual coach company quoting the job accurately and sending this over to your email with pictures and full spec of the vehicle being quoted for.

I want to confirm a booking

Ok, now that you have made a decision on a coach company you would like to book with please go back to the full quotation page that you received on email and click 'Request to Book'. Complete a few more details about your trip and submit this. This will then alert the company you would like to go ahead and book and they will confirm or reject depending on if they still have availability to fulfil your trip. Once they confirm, you will receive a confirmation letter via email.

How do I pay for my booking?

You can pay for your trip via online payment, 25% deposit when making your booking, with balance being paid 14 days before your trip taking automatically using the same card details. If your journey is within 14 days then full payment will be required immediately. You will receive an invoice/ receipt in your account when any payments are taken. Alternatively you can pay by card over the phone with the same terms as above. For a school or business requiring an invoice before payment, this option will be available to you also.

I want to make changes to my booking, who do I call?
If you want to make any amendments to your booking, please call the Coach Hire Comparison team asap. If the changes are agreed we will update your booking which will notify the coach company who will be transporting you on the day.

I have submitted a quote but want to change the times
You cannot amend a quote already submitted due to the price being prepared based on the original times, however you can either ring the Coach Hire Comparison team and discuss this with them, if this is just a slight change then this may not result in a price change, however if more significant then we can re-quote you. The details can then be amended only once the booking is made, as we can then edit the journey details at that point. Alternatively you can submit the quote request again.

My job is within the next 48 hours and I haven’t received my driver contact details.
