Coach Hire Hull

Planning a trip to Hull in the foreseeable future, or do you live in the area and are planning a day trip with a party of 30 or more of your friends and family members? Either way, sometimes it can be far less stressful to make sure everyone travels together, and there can be few modes of transport more reliable than a private coach.

We consider it our duty to make sure our customers get the best deal possible with the coach operators that are right for them. Our coach comparison service pulls from our pool of almost 200 operators, with our system providing up to four quick and convenient no-obligation quotes (which will include vehicle types, pricing breakdowns, pictures and more) that you are free to choose from. It really is that simple. Choose from a range of coaches, from the basic to the luxurious (complete with fully reclining seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, toilet facilities and more) and a number of national and independent companies. Our partners have all been fully vetted and will offer the best service for your budget and journey requirements.

Minibus Hire Hull

For those travelling in slightly smaller groups, or perhaps planning a shorter journey, minibuses are an increasingly viable alternative to larger coaches, which offer a greater level of flexibility for a generally lower price. The minibuses that our operators use can hold on average up to about 30 people and they all come with their own drivers, so you can just sit back and enjoy the ride.

As with our coach hire comparison service, we can offer up to four quotes from operators in the Hull and greater East Yorkshire area, who will all be happy to take your custom.  We’ll provide you with the quotes and the contact information of our minibus operators, many of whom double as coach operators. This means you’ll be able to discuss the finer details of your journey with them before booking. It’s a safe, simple and reliable system with a track record that can’t be denied!

Visiting Hull

Visiting Hull

Situated where the titular river Hull meets the Humber estuary, the Easy Yorkshire port city of Kingston upon Hull is a thriving city that has played a crucial part in some of the most vital stories in history. Founded in the late 12th century, its enviable position on the Humber estuary helped it grow into one of the UK’s largest port towns, providing a vital trade route to Northern Europe.

The city’s fortunes shifted somewhat over the centuries, but the building of the Queen Elizabeth Dock in the 60s and the iconic Humber Bridge in the 80s really helped the city find its modern identity. Now the city is the jewel in East Yorkshire’s crown, with plenty of fascinating sights and activities to keep both young and young-at-heart entertained.

“The Deep” is the world’s one and only ‘submarium’, which means it’s an aquarium partially submerged in the water that surrounds it. It is one of the city’s most popular tourist destinations and draws punters in from across the globe. As the official UK city of culture for 2017, art and culture is also a big part of modern life in Hull, with the Ferens Art Gallery known as the leading art space in the region, and the Hull Truck and Hull New theatres often showing off the top touring productions from across the country. The Museums Quarter, meanwhile, contains a number of museums that trace the history of the city and its maritime heritage.

Shopping and dining options are also wealthy, with the St Stephen’s Shopping Centre offering world-class shops and restaurants and Princes Quay boasting a mixture of top independent and high street brands. That’s really just scratching the surface of what this dynamic, cultural and historical port city has to offer though. To really get to know Hull, you really need to get stuck in and experience it for yourself.

"Smooth pick up and drop off. Driver was most courteous and accommodating. Right through from the booking experience to final drop off Marshalls were extremely good. Price was most competitive and coach was reliable, comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend to others and we will certainly be using them again."

"Coach was a little late but that didn't matter as coach was clean and well presented. The driver was more than helpful. I didn't go on the coach myself but all my wedding guests only had good things to say."

"The service is really punctual to be fair. No complaints about that. But it would be sensitive to coordinate the timetables of some services with the trains times. I bet there are people who get off in Newark and need to take a bus to go to another place or vice versa. This would be a massive improvement. Other solution would be to provide two buses per hour (i.e bus 37) Thanks"

"It’s unfortunate that Marshalls seem to have lost their way with the 90 bus to Nottingham. You’d expect a flagship route like the Fosseway Flyer to come with flagship features such as WiFi, USB chargers on board and contactless payment, but I was disappointed to find none of these when I recently travelled by bus rather than the train. It was pleasing, however, to find a friendly driver, and the fact the service drops off in the city centre is convenient - but it would be nice to see incentives like those mentioned provided to try and tempt people on board, especially considering the competing mode of transport (the train) is up to twice as fast as the bus - and therefore firmly in the lead in terms of ways of travelling between Newark and Nottingham. You may not be able to beat the journey time of the train - but you could certainly win in other areas!"

"I find this strange i turned up to catch the 9.27 bus to Retford which arrived spot on time when i stepped aboard put my bus pass on the machine to be told by the driver it does not accept passes until 9.30 will i have to pay i asked yes i said fine i will get the next bus Now how can that be i am assuming that everyone who joined the bus at 9 o clock at Newark pays and everyone else the next stop after mine does not pay.To make it fair and simple the 9 o clock service should accept bus passes and to top it off if 9.30 is when the machine clicks in why could the driver not have used a bit of discretion after all i was 3 minutes away from my pass being valid"
