I can’t login to my account and I’m not getting a link sent when clicking ‘Forgot Password’.
This is normally because you haven’t created an account and you are viewing as a guest. You can create an account by Clicking Here, this will then log you in to your dashboard where you can view all quotes/bookings you have made under the email address supplied. Please make sure you use the same email address that you requested the quote with.
How do I get quotes, can i just call you for a price over the phone?
Coach Hire Comparison is an online service, providing a simple platform to assist you in finding prices from different companies without the hassle of ringing round. We can’t give prices over the phone, you will need to enter your details through the CHC platform Starting Here and wait for our partners to email you with their prices directly. Coach Hire Comparison do not own and run vehicles or get involved with the pricing of trips, this is down to the individual coach company quoting the job accurately and sending this over to your email with pictures and full spec of the vehicle being quoted for.
I want to confirm a booking
Ok, now that you have made a decision on a coach company you would like to book with please go back to the full quotation page that you received on email and click ‘Request to Book’. Complete a few more details about your trip and submit this. This will then alert the company you would like to go ahead and book and they will confirm or reject depending on if they still have availability to fulfil your trip. Once they confirm, you will receive a confirmation letter with the payment and banking details of your chosen coach company.
I’ve made a payment to a coach company but they haven’t responded to let me know they’ve received it.
Have you updated your payment schedule in your customer dashboard? If not, you can login Here or create an account Here and make the update which will notify the company that you’ve made a payment to them.
If you have already updated your payment schedule, you can always contact the company direct on the phone number provided either on the confirmation email you received or the booking page in your dashboard and speak to them direct about any payments made.
I’m trying to make contact with the coach company but they’re not responding.
Have you tried direct messaging the company through Coach Hire Comparison by using the Ask a Question button? You can do this from the quote you’ve received or from the booking page in your dashboard. At busy times some company’s might not be able to answer the phone easily so we’d recommend sending a message through Coach Hire Comparison and wait for their reply.
My job is within the next 48 hours and I haven’t received my driver contact details.
Try calling your chosen company on the number provided or message them through the Ask a Question button via Coach Hire Comparison system. You’ll find the company’s details on the booking page in your dashboard. If you haven’t yet created an account to access your dashboard, you can do this Here.
