"The site itself was easy to use, and I was notified of quotes from operators fairly quickly. I would have liked to have been able to amend my existing quote request (and for the same operators to re-quote) as the time i initially gave for the quote was an estimate, however it would only let me submit a new quote, which gave completely different pricing. I was able to contact the operator however, and was able to resolve this promptly. contacting the operator was simple and easy."
