"A quote was received, accepted and a deposit paid, however, seven weeks before the journey, the company contacted me to advise they had made a mistake and that they had only quoted me for a single journey. This wasn't true, as the written quote from them, clearly stated it was a return journey.
The manager was extremely rude and advised that they could provide me with a further quote, which I could take or leave it that they would provide me with a refund.
Despite the mistake by them, they would not honour the quote but wanted to charge me double, which was ridiculous.I
I subsequently received my refund but this caused me lots of stress when trying to 're-arrange an airport transfer from South Wales to Gatwick for 6 people.
I would not recommend this company to anyone as their behaviour and attitude was not professional."

We at Swift UK Taxi Tranfsers had tried our very best to come to agreement in price, however as you had additional 4/5 pick up on your journey it was hard for Us to provide you a price in the range you required.
