"The company put no effort into engaging me before the trip - which meant we incurred an extra charge for drinking on the coach, but worse was they didnt have my flight number (despite me giving it to them 3 times), didnt make it clear where we was meeting and that we only had 10 mins to pick up before extra charges kicked in. This lead to threatening phone calls from the boss saying he was going to cancel the booking."

"We whatsApp many times for flight number but you did not reply our driver waited for you one hour extra outside the airport and at last you called him and he came inside to pick up point everyone knows the pick up and drop up point because there is only one. Our driver told you in advance that when you are ready then call me inside because airport parking administration charge £1 per minute after 10 minutes waiting time allowed When driver came inside half of your people came inside the vehicle and half people did not come and you have to wait for them. The airport authority charged you because of your mistake and it is not our fault if you are not ready you should not call us inside airport our driver can wait outside."
