"The driver was polite and on time, however, he did not appear to know how to secure wheelchairs correctly as the front wheelchair had no front anchorage and no seat belt for the passenger, and the second wheelchair passenger was TIED in so tightly in the seat belt that the person was unable to move. There was no first aid or fire fighting equipment on the vehicle although there was signage to suggest it should be there. The tail lift did not raise fully which created a lip to deal with when assisting elderly vulnerable people on and off the vehicle. Disappointing service when you consider that they were fully aware of our needs before taking the booking."
"Im sorry you felt this way as we have investigated this complain and made checks on the vehicle i can ensue that all our vehicles have fire extinguishers and first aid kits as did the bus used on the day of your travel... this is a compulsory requirement and if customers are unsure you should ask drivers.
All our drivers have training with dealing with speacial needs including using wheelchair belts to secure wheelchairs and as a result of your complain we have offered all our drivers an opportunity to refresh there training.
Id like to appologise you felt service from our company on this occasion wasnt up to a high standard."
