"The bus arrived 35 minutes late with no notification to us. We were unable to contact the company via telephone or email on the morning of the journey and we just about to leave for our event making our own way there when the bus turned up.
As we were so late we missed our event slots and were subsequently 35 minutes late returning to the bus for our home journey. The driver accepted our delayed return time to the bus.
The driver did not apologise for being 35 minutes late on the outward journey. He was dressed in a T shirt, not attire I would expect from a "luxury bus company" and did not speak until I spoke to him. The bus struggled to negotiate even the most minor of hills and the driving was erratic, a number of our attendees felt positively nauseas. The homeward journey was most unpleasant as the air conditioning was virtually non existent and once again the bus struggled with the minor hills.
The bus was grubby and had a big crack across the front wind screen which was mostly covered up inside with cardboard and as previously stated had virtually non existent air conditioning, which despite our numerous requests to cool the bus temperature down the driver was unable to.
All in all a most unpleasant experience and not a company I would recommend or use again."
