"Gave a one because zero wasn’t an option..... booked a bus through this company to take us to a football match in Glasgow.... got a phone call the day before saying one of their coaches was off the road and asked how many people were travelling... was informed ours was ok.........I called the driver on the day 15 mins before meeting time and was told he would be there ...... 25 mins after and no show I called him back.. no answer.... it took another 3 or 4 attempts before he answered then told us the bus had threw a belt and he was waiting for the mechanic to come... fair enough things happen but your first call should be to your client to let them know... it wasn’t instead he avoided me for over 30 mins .... got in touch with the boss and he assured me the bus would be fixed and be with us in about an hour and a half... it wasn’t it broke down very shortly after it was supposed to have been fixed...... I had to call him to find this out....... the company couldn’t supply another bus so we were left to make other travel arrangements with no help or care from eazy coach hire .... no compensation was offered and said the deposit paid would be refunded... it wasn’t and I had to contact them again after 3 days to get this back.. it was refunded the next day...... avoid this company like the plague they offer very little customer care intact none...... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...."

"Unfortunately breakdowns do happen and for this we are truly sorry however these reviews are supposed to be honest,
We communicated with yourself from the start and kept you informed
We also refunded your deposit immediately upon receipt of your bank account details
Compensation was being offered however after alternative travell had been arranged an afternoon of abusive phone calls from drunken football supporters your lucky we didn't contact the police never mind reward you for it"
