"We booked a coach to take 7 people to the airport for a flight. We asked to coach to arrive at 4am. At 4.15am they called to say that the driver was "delayed by a previous job" and would be 45 mintues late. I told them we were not prepared to take the risk and that we would drive. This meant we had to park two vehicles at full rates at the airport. The owner argued with us, asking us to take the risk and saying he was an experienced traveller and it would be fine. He also said we should have checked in online (impossible actually on Primera who don't offer this at BHX). We would have missed the flight had we followed his advice as there was just enough time. He then said he still had a contract to bring us back. Since then he has failed to reply to our emails, texts and calls asking for our deposit back. The matter remains unresolved. This company should be removed from your website. I have since seen reviews indicating that this is not the first time this has happened to people. I will take them to court to get my deposit back, if only on principle. This company is not to be trusted."

"Due to a delay from a booking prior to mr weir, the driver was going to be late and I notified customer of the arrival time. Customer did not allow any additional time for the journey in case of unforeseen circumstances. Minibus was booked for 4am and the flight was for 7am. The journey was 1 hour. Mr weir decided to drive up and I offered to return the deposit and pay for any additional parking charges. Mr weir has tried to contact me when he was abroad but I have not received any emails or text messages. I awaited for Mr Weir to contact me on his return, as I needed bank account details and the deposit was returned on the same day."
